By providing your mobile phone number to Estate Law New York through our website contact form (at estatelawnewyork.com/contact/) or verbally during a phone consultation with our intake team or Sofia AI assistant, you expressly agree to these SMS Terms.

Estate Law New York operates an SMS notification program to communicate with prospective and current clients regarding legal inquiries and consultations. Messages sent via SMS may include:

  • Confirmation of scheduled consultations and appointments (including video conference links and office meeting details);
  • Intake paperwork reminders and links to client intake documentation;
  • Responses to legal inquiries submitted through our website contact form;
  • Reminders and critical administrative updates regarding your consultation.

Consent & Opt-In

You opt in to receive text messages from Estate Law New York by affirmatively ticking the consent checkbox on our website contact form or by verbally providing consent during an intake phone call. Consent to receive promotional or informational SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services or retaining legal representation from Estate Law New York.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your consultation requests, active case status, and interactions with our office. Typically, clients receive between 1 to 4 messages per consultation or inquiry request.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent or received as part of this service, according to your wireless carrier rate plan. Estate Law New York does not charge a fee for sending or receiving text messages, but your mobile service provider may impose standard messaging and data charges.

How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)

You have the right to revoke your consent and stop receiving SMS messages from Estate Law New York at any time. To opt out, simply reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message received from us. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a single final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you re-subscribe.
